A Showcase of New Spring Parfaits

The 2026 lineup introduces four brand-new, spring-themed parfaits, each a masterpiece of flavor and presentation.

  • Strawberry Crème Brûlée Parfait: A delightful combination of crispy, caramelized brûlée and juicy strawberries, offering a harmonious blend of rich sweetness and refreshing tartness.

  • Hojicha and Nama Chocolate Parfait: This visually appealing Japanese-style parfait layers fragrant hojicha (roasted green tea) jelly with three colors of kanten (agar-agar), complemented by rich nama chocolate. Its depth of flavor and aroma is truly captivating.

  • Ichigo Shiratama Anmitsu Parfait: A gentle and inviting Japanese-style parfait, it combines chopped strawberries, chewy shiratama (rice flour dumplings), and anmitsu (a traditional Japanese dessert with agar jelly, fruit, and sweet red bean paste). The fresh sweetness of strawberries perfectly balances the elegant sweetness of anmitsu.
