Dressed in her endearing school uniform, this towering figure instantly became a cherished photo spot, its presence filling the hall with a palpable sense of joy and celebration. The sight of such a massive, cheerful character truly embodies the spirit of Japanese kawaii culture, making it an unforgettable experience for all who visited.
Celebrating 11 Years with a Special Campaign
To commemorate the 11th anniversary of the BanG Dream! project, a special “#バンドリの日” (Bandori no Hi, meaning “Bandori Day”) campaign is currently underway. Fans are invited to immerse themselves in this vibrant celebration by following the official BanG Dream! X (formerly Twitter) account and posting with the designated hashtag. Thirty lucky participants will be randomly selected to receive an exclusive “Celebratory Illustration Mini Shikishi” (illustrated colored paper), a charming collectible that captures the essence of this milestone. This campaign offers a wonderful opportunity for fans to connect and share their passion for the series.

“BanG Dream!” is a dynamic next-generation girls’ band project that seamlessly links characters with live performances. It encompasses a broad media mix, including anime, games, and real-life concerts. The project is renowned for its unique approach where the voice actors of in-story bands like Poppin’Party, Roselia, Morfonica, RAISE A SUILEN, MyGO!!!!!, Ave Mujica, and Mugen Dai Myu-Type actually form bands and actively perform live, bringing an unparalleled level of authenticity and interaction to their fanbase.
Having celebrated its 11th anniversary on February 28, 2026, “BanG Dream!” continues its expansive journey. The project is currently distributing the mini-anime “Original! Bandori-chan” in 52 episodes over a year. Looking ahead to 2026, fans can anticipate the release of a new film, “BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora,” which serves as a sequel to the TV anime “BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!” and “BanG Dream! Ave Mujica.” Furthermore, a new TV anime series is slated for production following this film, alongside the broadcast of the TV anime “Bandori! Yume ∞ Mita” and the launch of a new mobile game, “BanG Dream!
