The “Tsukunoko” Story: A Humorous Idol Journey
“Tsukunoko” follows Tsukuno Imasugu (voiced by Kana Asumi), a student at Toagosei University, whose heart is captured by a K-Pop concert. Inspired, she decides to become an Arodol who can “adhere” to people’s hearts. Her journey leads her to participate in the “TSUKU PROJECT,” an Arodol audition organized by the talented Korean “Attachment Producer” Ku-Tsuku (voiced by Kotaro Nishiyama).

While centered on the theme of “the desire to strongly attach to important things,” the anime is sprinkled with comedic moments. Tsukuno faces numerous “peeling off troubles” during the audition process, including the appearance of a powerful rival, Haga Suyeon (voiced by Madoka Asahina). The audience will be on the edge of their seats to see if Tsukuno can overcome these challenges and secure the coveted center position. The story also promises an unexpected twist, adding another layer of intrigue.
