d’Alba’s “City of Glow” Event Dazzles Tokyo with a Fusion of Vegan Beauty and Japanese Heritage
A Global Gathering Unveils a Unique Brand Experience in the Heart of Japan.
From December 3rd to 6th, premium vegan beauty brand d’Alba orchestrated a captivating global event titled “City of Glow: d’Alba Tokyo Press Tour.” This four-day immersive experience welcomed 30 guests from 10 countries to Tokyo, offering them a curated journey that interwoven d’Alba’s brand philosophy with the rich tapestry of Japanese culture.
Guests were accommodated at the prestigious Tokyo EDITION Toranomon, where their rooms were transformed with d’Alba’s signature brand colors and decor. This extensive customization across multiple rooms created a new paradigm for brand experiences within a luxury hotel setting, drawing significant attention.

A Journey Through Japanese Tradition and Modernity
The tour began with an exclusive program at Hakuhokan within Happo-en, a venue known for its serene beauty and profound aesthetic. Here, guests participated in a special program featuring traditional Japanese flower arrangement (Ikebana) and the tea ceremony (Chado). These practices, embodying tranquility and precise beauty, offered a tangible connection to d’Alba’s brand philosophy, which prioritizes natural elegance.

An entrance adorned with a d’Alba-emblazoned noren (traditional Japanese fabric divider) and spaces infused with brand colors created an exclusive atmosphere. Guests captured stunning visuals against the backdrop of Happo-en’s seasonal Japanese garden, showcasing the harmonious blend of Japanese aesthetics and d’Alba’s luxurious presence.

Tokyo’s Urban Canvas Transformed by d’Alba
The brand’s presence extended into the vibrant Omotesando and Harajuku districts, with large-scale Out-of-Home (OOH) advertisements at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku “Harajuku” and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado.” Guests engaged in spontaneous photo opportunities, merging d’Alba’s global appeal with Tokyo’s sophisticated streetscape. A visit to the pop-up store at OMOTESANDO CROSSING PARK further highlighted d’Alba’s significant market presence in Japan.
To ensure a seamless and fully branded experience, guests traveled in d’Alba-designed wrapped taxis. This meticulous planning ensured that the entire city of Tokyo served as an extension of the d’Alba brand journey, from their accommodation to cultural experiences and retail visits.

An Evening of Immersive Luxury
The tour culminated in an exclusive, invitation-only Gala held at GOLD BAR at EDITION. The evening featured bespoke cocktails inspired by d’Alba and exquisite canapés, designed to engage all five senses in a unique brand experience. The venue, adorned with d’Alba logos, created a refined and immersive space, emphasizing the brand’s premium value in a private, luxurious setting.

One attendee remarked, “Experiencing d’Alba not just through products, but through traditional Japanese ceremonies and Tokyo’s modern pulse, was truly unforgettable. It showed how beauty can be deeply intertwined with culture.”
