The new area will feature five highly anticipated establishments: “Hokkaido Shikisai-kan,” a comprehensive souvenir shop; luxury fashion brand “MICHAEL KORS”; premium luggage specialist “ZERO HALLIBURTON”; the renowned crystal brand “Swarovski”; and the beloved “Starbucks.” Adding to the culinary delights, “Tendon Senmon Ginza Itsuki,” a popular tempura bowl specialist from Tokyo, will make its Hokkaido debut on April 22nd in the Clover Mall 2F food court. This spring, Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima is poised to offer an even richer and more diverse experience for visitors.

Exciting New Stores and Features

Hokkaido Shikisai-kan

This all-encompassing souvenir shop brings together a wide array of Hokkaido’s finest products, from popular sweets and local sake to crafts and accessories, perfect for gifts or personal treats. It also caters to the growing demand for pet-friendly Hokkaido souvenirs. Within Hokkaido Shikisai-kan, “Sapporo Nōgakkō,” famous for its “Hokkaido Milk Cookies,” will open its first specialty store in Kitahiroshima City, offering soft-serve ice cream and souvenirs.

In a pioneering move for Hokkaido, the store will introduce the “POCKETALK X” simultaneous interpretation device to facilitate natural conversations with international visitors. This is a practical trial aimed at enhancing the shopping experience for a global audience.

Opening Campaigns for Hokkaido Shikisai-kan:

  • Popular Hokkaido Confectionery Gift: From April 18th to April 20th, the first 350 customers daily who spend ¥1,000 (tax included) or more will receive a Hokkaido confectionery item.

  • Opening Commemorative Novelty: From April 18th to April 23rd, the first 300 customers daily who spend ¥2,000 (tax included) or more will receive a mini towel resembling a Japanese sweet.

  • Shiroi Koibito Capsule Toy: A limited-time capsule toy (gachapon) from “Shiroi Koibito Akarenga sweets labo,” usually only available at “Shiroi Koibito Park,” will be installed (¥500 per play).

  • Shiroi Black Thunder All-You-Can-Stuff: On April 18th and 19th, participate in an event to stuff as many “Shiroi Black Thunder” chocolates as you can for ¥1,200 (tax included).

  • Open Special Set Sales: Limited quantities of special retort sets from popular Hokkaido ramen and curry restaurants will be available at discounted prices.
