Kyoto uniquely harmonizes its long-standing coffee shop heritage with a burgeoning global roastery culture, offering a diverse array of distinctive brews around every corner. This experience goes beyond conventional sightseeing, offering a taste of what it’s like to live within Kyoto’s vibrant rhythm—a journey through Kyoto, like living here, even if just for a day.

How to Participate and Enjoy

To embark on this coffee adventure, participants can follow a simple four-step process:

Purchase a Passport: An event-exclusive passport, priced at 800 yen, can be bought at any participating coffee shop. This passport also serves as your stamp rally card.
Explore Kyoto’s Coffee Shops: Present your passport at any of the approximately 30 participating establishments to receive a 100 yen discount on eligible drinks.
Collect Stamps: As you visit each shop, collect stamps in your passport, deepening your engagement with Kyoto’s coffee culture and streetscapes.
Earn Rewards: Accumulate stamps to receive special event benefits. For every five stamps collected, you can redeem them for two coffee drip bags at KEC Café. The redemption period for these rewards concludes on April 30.
