The stage adaptation, ‘Gnosia The Live Playing Theater,’ is poised to recreate this compelling world with a distinctive theatrical approach. Fumiya Matsuzaki, renowned for his work on numerous 2.5D stage productions like the ‘MANKAI STAGE ‘A3!” series, and who also served as Werewolf game supervisor for the ‘Gnosia’ anime, takes the helm as director. His deep understanding of both 2.5D aesthetics and Werewolf game dynamics positions this production to be a true highlight.
What makes this stage play truly revolutionary is its ad-lib nature. The Werewolf game portion of every single performance will be entirely improvised. Collaborating with ‘JINRO The Live Playing Theater’ (Oracle Knights), a pioneer in ad-lib drama based on Werewolf game rules, the production guarantees a fresh and unpredictable outcome each time. Cast members will only discover their roles (Crew, Gnosia, Engineer, etc.) moments before curtain call, leading to spontaneous, character-driven debates and strategic plays.
