I had the window open, looking out, and the wind was so strong I could barely breathe. It was a really exciting and fun experience.”

For the cover of “Prologue,” Kanazawa chose an enigmatic, somewhat melancholic expression, a departure from her usual cheerful image. She revealed, “While I’m usually smiling during interviews and conversations, this kind of expression is actually what the members often see. So, some people might find it familiar, while others might see a side of me they haven’t before. I really love it.”

Her favorite shot features her in denim overalls with a daring open back, her hair swept by the wind, showcasing a radiant smile. She explained, “The wind was incredibly strong then, the strongest I’ve ever experienced in my life. That memory, along with it being the icon for the photobook’s SNS account, made me choose it, as it’s a photo many people have seen.”

Having celebrated her 19th birthday on February 14th, Kanazawa is now in her final year as a teenager. When asked about her goals, she responded with enthusiasm: “Since it’s my last year as a teenager, I want to go all out and challenge myself with various things. My top priorities right now are getting a driver’s license and becoming fluent in English. Inspired by my first trip to Taiwan for the photoshoot, I’ve really been wanting to travel overseas, so I hope to make this a year of learning.”
