Exclusive “Amarin” Strawberry Sweets Debut

The centerpiece of this collaboration is the launch of two limited-edition sweets featuring “Amarin,” a rare and highly prized strawberry variety cultivated exclusively in Saitama Prefecture. Known for its intense sweetness and subtle tartness, Amarin strawberries are a local delicacy, making these desserts a true taste of Saitama.

First, there’s the delightful “Amarin!” mousse cake.

This charming dessert features a mousse made with Saitama-grown Amarin puree, concealing a rich, fruity Amarin sauce within, all coated in a glossy glacage. Its cute, strawberry-inspired design is as appealing to the eye as it is to the palate.

Next, indulge in the “Saitama-san Amarin no Dolce” (Saitama-produced Amarin Dolce).

This elegant cup dessert layers sponge cake with vanilla mousse, berry cream, and jelly, all crowned with fresh Saitama Amarin strawberries. It offers a perfect balance of Amarin’s strong sweetness and delicate acidity.

These limited-edition sweets will be available only on February 21 (Saturday) and 22 (Sunday), 2026. They can be found at the “Peko-chan Milky Time Urawa Misono” store and other select Fujiya Confectionery locations, including FUJIYA CONFECTIONERY Emiterrace Tokorozawa, Ario Kawaguchi, York Foods Naka-Urawa, LaLa Terrace Kawaguchi, Hatogaya Sakashita, and Tokorozawa Kitano. Be aware that quantities are limited, so they will be sold while supplies last.
