The “SHIZUOKA Anko Matsuri” emerges from a desire to honor Shimizu’s rich historical ties to anko production and to actively promote Japan’s vibrant anko culture. Held at S-Pulse Dream Plaza, a landmark in Shimizu, the event aims to showcase the “now” of anko through a wide array of innovative and traditional anko sweets.
