Tokyo’s Yurakucho Marui is set to transform into a whimsical floral paradise with the grand opening of the “Korikogu Store ~Kumakyun♡Flower Marche~.” From February 19 to March 12, 2026, this limited-time pop-up will immerse visitors in a world of adorable charm, showcasing the beloved San-X characters Korilakkuma and Chairoikoguma amidst a beautiful flower market theme. The event title, “Kumakyun♡Flower Marche,” playfully combines “kuma” (bear) with “kyun” (a sound effect for a heart fluttering or being smitten), perfectly capturing the delightful, ‘bear-struck’ feeling this special event promises.
Korilakkuma, the small white bear who appeared mysteriously, and Chairoikoguma, the true bear from Honey Forest who adores honey, have been inseparable friends since their fateful meeting. Their endearing bond has captivated fans for years. Kiddy Land, in collaboration with San-X, has a history of successful pop-up stores, starting with the “Korilakkuma Store” in 2016 and evolving into the highly popular “Korilakkuma and Chairoikoguma Store” in 2019, 2022, and 2025. This year, the tradition continues, promising an even more enchanting experience.
Celebrating a Decade of Chairoikoguma
This year’s “Korikogu Store” is particularly special as it coincides with Chairoikoguma’s 10th anniversary. Fans can anticipate a range of exclusive anniversary items alongside the flower-themed merchandise. The store invites everyone to come and meet Korilakkuma and Chairoikoguma, looking absolutely ‘kumakyun’ amidst a backdrop of vibrant flowers. Fans, prepare to be utterly ‘bear-struck with delight’ by the sheer charm awaiting you!
