Idol Unit 365° to Release Captivating Vocaloid Cover

The five-member group reinterprets a popular virtual singer track, promising a fresh charm.

Japanese idol unit 365° is set to deliver a compelling cover of the popular Vocaloid™ song “Eh? Ah, Sou.” on February 4th. This highly anticipated digital release, titled “Eh? Ah, Sou. covered by 365°,” comes from Imgramox Music, a joint label by Teichiku Entertainment and XING Music Entertainment. Fans can also look forward to an original music video, which will premiere on the Imgramox Music official YouTube channel on the same day.

365° Idol Unit

365°, originally formed as “Aicong” in January 2024, underwent a significant transformation on December 1, 2025, when they were renamed “365°” by the legendary producer Tetsuya Komuro. This five-member idol unit has been steadily gaining popularity, actively performing across Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. Their journey has included a major debut with “Shouki no Sata Day Night Fever” in September 2024 and the release of Komuro Tetsuya’s penned and composed track “WIRED” in March 2025, among other notable achievements.

The choice of “Eh? Ah, Sou.” for their latest cover is particularly intriguing. Vocaloid™ songs, created using voice synthesizer software that allows users to produce music with virtual singers, have cultivated a vibrant subculture in Japan, birthing countless hits. “Eh? Ah, Sou.” stands out with its up-tempo rhythm and alluring melody, coupled with provocative lyrics. The unit aims to express a new, “bewitching” charm of 365° through their vocal performance and the accompanying original music video.

To celebrate the release, a Pre-add/Pre-save campaign is underway. By participating in this campaign on eligible music services, fans can receive an exclusive original image signed by 365° members. Additionally, the covered track and its music video are slated to be distributed as “Artist Video Karaoke” on JOYSOUND karaoke machines nationwide, allowing fans to experience the song in a new interactive way.

Voices from the Members

The members of 365° shared their experiences with recording the challenging yet rewarding track. Kyoko Mabuchi noted the “cool intro that gives you goosebumps” and the “strong femininity” of the song, expressing her love for the sense of accomplishment after singing it. Anju Nagai highlighted the “coolness of the song and stimulating lyrics,” describing the recording as a memorable challenge. Uno Kurogane, a Vocaloid™ fan herself, felt honored to cover such a well-known track, emphasizing the enjoyable fusion of sounds and member voices. Sera Inoue, who grew up with internet culture, expressed immense joy in covering a song by Chouchou-P, finding delight in expressing the song’s “damp sweetness.” Fuwari Hase focused on conveying the “strong female image” and “impactful lyrics” with the five members’ voices, creating a truly cool song.
