Unearth Sweet Treasures: Harapocolab’s ‘Mineral Chocolat’ Transforms Kyushu Ingredients into Edible Art

Experience the enchanting fusion of traditional kohakuto and rich chocolate, available for a limited time.

Harapocolab, a creative brand known for its “Artful Food” concept, has launched its highly anticipated “Mineral Chocolat” collection. “Mineral Chocolat” is a limited-edition series that marries Harapocolab’s popular “Kyushu Koubutsu Okashi” (mineral-like kohakuto) with premium chocolate. Each piece is meticulously crafted by artisans who hand-cut agar jelly to mimic the natural beauty of minerals, creating a visual and textural delight. This special winter collection promises a harmonious blend of intense flavors from six carefully selected Kyushu ingredients, complemented by the perfect chocolate pairing.

For those unfamiliar, kohakuto (琥珀糖) is a traditional Japanese confectionery with a delicate balance of textures. It features a crisp, sugary outer shell that gives way to a soft, translucent jelly-like interior, often compared to edible geodes or precious stones. This unique characteristic makes it a captivating base for the “Mineral Chocolat” series.
