Moke’s Hawaii Enoshima Unveils “Lilikoi Pudding”: A Taste of Tropical Bliss by the Japanese Coast
Escape the Winter Chill with a Luscious, Tangy Treat, Perfect for Your Enoshima Shrine Visit.
Moke’s Hawaii, the beloved cafe hailing from Kailua, Hawaii, has announced the launch of a new tropical delight at its Enoshima location: the “Lilikoi Pudding.” This exquisite dessert promises a luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth experience, blending smooth pudding with the blissful tartness of lilikoi (passion fruit). It’s set to be a refreshing break for visitors, especially those making their traditional “Hatsumode” (New Year’s shrine visit) to Enoshima.

Each spoonful of the Lilikoi Pudding unfolds with a creamy texture and a burst of vibrant lilikoi flavor, reminiscent of Hawaii’s sunny shores. The pudding features a specially crafted custard base, designed for ultimate smoothness while maintaining a rich yet clean aftertaste. The accompanying sauce is generously made with fresh lilikoi juice, providing a zesty counterpoint to the sweetness. Topped with vivid fruit, the dessert offers a balanced and light finish, making it an ideal post-meal treat.
The “Lilikoi Pudding” is available for 500 yen (550 yen including tax).

Experience a Slice of Hawaii in Enoshima
Moke’s Hawaii, founded in 1999 by Moke Warren, who previously worked at Waikiki’s prestigious Halekulani hotel, is renowned for its family-run, welcoming atmosphere and delicious homemade meals. Their signature Lilikoi Pancakes, famous for their fluffy texture and tangy lilikoi sauce, have garnered a loyal following. The sauce, a unique blend of passion fruit puree, butter, and cream cheese, perfectly complements the subtle sweetness of the pancakes.
The Enoshima store provides a perfect escape with its vibrant, relaxed ambiance. “This pudding captures the essence of Hawaii in a delightful new form, offering a perfect blend of richness and refreshing tartness that will surely captivate dessert lovers,” commented a representative.
While visiting, guests can also enjoy the “Angel Wing Project” mural, a popular SNS photo spot, which was repaired by its creator Colette Miller in March 2023. It offers a wonderful backdrop for memorable photos.
