Unveiling the “C.H.E.T. Collection”

“C.H.E.T. Collection” is structured into two distinct, yet complementary, segments, each bringing a unique flavor to the airwaves.

Part One: V Collection

The first segment, “V Collection,” casts a spotlight on the burgeoning world of VTubers and V-Livers – virtual entertainers who captivate audiences with their digital personas. This segment is hosted by the pioneering VR idol group, Enogu, whose members take turns as daily MCs. Enogu, formed in March 2018, comprises Suzuki Anzu, Shirafuji Tamaki, and Hinata Nao. They are dedicated to paving the way for a future where virtual idols are celebrated worldwide, striving to become the “world’s number one VR idol group.”

Enogu

Enogu has made significant strides, including being the sole virtual talent to appear at “TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL” multiple times between 2019 and 2024. In 2023, they secured third place in the “Idol General Election” held at the same festival, a testament to their growing influence. In January 2024, they established Enogu LLC, taking charge of their own production and producing live events like “VRide!” They envision a future where the line between real and virtual blurs, allowing everyone to enjoy the rich culture of idols. The VR idol group Enogu, trailblazers in the virtual idol scene, will take the helm of “V Collection.” As one fan enthusiastically put it, “Enogu always pushes boundaries, and this radio show is another exciting step in showcasing the incredible talent within the virtual world!” This sentiment perfectly captures the anticipation surrounding their role in bridging virtual and traditional media.

“V Collection” is more than just a talk show; it’s a dynamic space for music and various projects to emerge, promising the latest updates on new creative endeavors. This segment aims to provide opportunities for anyone, regardless of their background, to seize their dreams and chances through sheer talent.

Part Two: X Creator

The second segment, “X Creator,” dives deep into the lives and works of trending creators, including net creators, illustrators, and Vocaloid producers. This segment features two charismatic MCs: Yotta Sun and YK.

Yotta Sun, a talented illustrator, brings a unique perspective. Before becoming an artist, he played baseball for 17 years, even belonging to a corporate team. At 24, he retired from baseball and embarked on a new journey as an illustrator, a hobby he had pursued since age 14. Utilizing self-taught academic knowledge, including psychology, he intentionally crafts works that resonate deeply with viewers, primarily active on social media. His activities extend beyond illustrations to include modeling and lectures, leveraging his diverse knowledge and experience.

YK, the founder and frontman of C.H.E.T., is a multifaceted creative producer. He masterfully blends contrasting worlds of noise and ambient music, rooted in street culture, to birth new artistic expressions. His creative endeavors span music, art, video, design, novels, toys, and characters.

YK

Together, Yotta Sun and YK will invite guest creators to share their stories, industry insights, and behind-the-scenes tales of their works, offering listeners an exclusive peek into the world of Japanese creative professionals.
